I need a full engineering design for a bored cast-in-situ pile, 600 mm in diameter and 21 m deep, capable of carrying 175 tonnes. The piles will support a multi-storey commercial building to be erected on sandy soil, so the design must reflect both the reduced shaft friction typical of this stratum and the higher potential for scour near the surface. Please include all geotechnical and structural calculations, load-settlement analysis, reinforcement detailing, and a clear layout plan showing pile spacing, cut-off levels, and cap geometry. I also expect a concise design report referencing the governing code you choose (IS 2911, ), together with editable drawings in DWG or REVIT and a sealed PDF set ready for permitting. Deliverables: • Design brief with assumptions and safety factors • Geotechnical and structural calculations (PDF + editable spreadsheet) • Reinforcement schedules and bar bending lists • GA and section drawings (DWG + PDF) • Brief installation methodology and testing recommendations I will review against the stated 175 MT capacity, serviceability limits, and compatibility with sandy-soil parameters; payment will be released once those criteria are met and the drawings import cleanly into our BIM model.
