I’d like a series of clear, engaging video tutorials that teach absolute beginners how to cook authentic Kenyan dishes. Each lesson should walk the viewer through the recipe step-by-step, highlighting local ingredients, basic techniques, and helpful tips that build kitchen confidence from the ground up. Here’s what I have in mind: • 8–10 standalone videos, 8–12 minutes each, shot in horizontal HD (1080p) and delivered as MP4 • Simple, jargon-free narration in English, with on-screen ingredient lists and measurements • Recipes that showcase staples such as ugali, sukuma wiki, chapati, beef stew, pilau, and mandazi • A logical progression: start with foundational skills (knife work, boiling maize meal) before moving to full dishes • Clean lighting, clear audio, and close-up angles so viewers can easily follow along Once the files are uploaded and a brief text synopsis is added for every video, I’ll review for clarity, pacing, and recipe accuracy. When all videos meet those checks—no missing steps, consistent ingredient amounts, and smooth editing—the project is complete.
