Crop Management Advisor Needed

I run a farm in Uttar Pradesh and I’m looking for expert guidance to improve our crop operations. My main focus is on three areas: • Soil preparation – selecting the right amendments, understanding local soil tests, and setting up an annual improvement schedule. • Planting and seeding – crop rotation plans, optimal sowing dates for our climate, and recommendations on seed varieties that suit the regional market. • Pest and disease control – sustainable, cost-effective strategies that balance chemical and biological options while meeting local regulations. Role can be advice-and-consultation or permanent employment basis. I’ll share field data, photos, and any lab results you need; in return, I’d like a clear, step-by-step action plan, practical checklists I can hand to my field team, and follow-up calls to refine the approach as the season progresses.
