Creative Video Editor for Business Case Studies

We are seeking a creative video editor to produce engaging, high-retention business and finance case study videos.

The role

involves storytelling, visual explanations, and dynamic pacing to captivate viewers.Scope of Work:- Long-Form Videos (2 per week): Edit 30–40 minutes of raw footage into polished 10–20 minute videos.- Shorts/Reels (3–4 per week): Create vertical 1–2 minute clips optimized for YouTube Shorts and Reels from the main content.- Thumbnails: Design 1 custom, high-CTR thumbnail per long video.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:- Clean A-roll cuts, pacing adjustments, and seamless transitions.- Motion graphics including kinetic typography, chart animations, key visual callouts, and lower thirds.- Audio engineering: voice track cleanup with noise reduction, EQ, compression, de-essing, and volume leveling for clear voiceover.- Basic color grading and comprehensive sound design including sound effects and background music mixing.- Deliverables within agreed turnaround times (typically 48–72 hours per long video).
