Tamil Remote Structural CAD Drafting

Job Title: Structural CAD Draftsman (RCC & Steel) – Daily Basis, Remote, Tamil-Speaking Preferred About Us: Vishri Dynamics is an architectural & structural design studio based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. We are expanding our outsourced drafting team to support ongoing client projects covering RCC and steel structures. Work Details: - Daily task-based drafting work, assigned each day by our team - Work covers RCC structural detailing (column/footing/beam/slab schedules, rebar detailing) and steel structural detailing (connections, base plates, member schedules) - Remote work — no office visit required - Daily coordination via WhatsApp/Microsoft Teams call to receive tasks and drafting standards - Must follow our drafting standards, formats, and timelines exactly as instructed - Completed CAD files to be shared by end of each working day Requirements: - Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); familiarity with STAAD.Pro/Revit is a plus - Prior experience in RCC and/or steel structural detailing - Must be available daily on a consistent basis (not occasional/one-off work) - Must be fluent in Tamil (spoken) for daily coordination calls - Reliable internet connection and own AutoCAD license/software setup - Ability to take instructions and complete revisions within same-day turnaround Payment: - Monthly payment based on daily work completed - Rate to be discussed based on experience level - Payment terms and invoicing cycle to be finalized before start Selection Process: - Shortlisted candidates will be contacted through whatsapp - Please share your portfolio/sample work (RCC and/or steel) along with your application Note: Only apply if you can commit to daily availability and consistent communication.
