I need a straightforward but reliable inventory program that installs on Windows workstations and keeps my stock levels accurate the moment anything moves. Real-time quantity updates and fast barcode capture are non-negotiable, because the warehouse team relies on handheld scanners for every transaction. The new system must also “talk” to our existing ERP through an API, database link, or another proven method so item masters, purchase receipts, and sales shipments stay perfectly in sync without double entry.
