About the project I am building an AI receptionist solution for businesses that handles incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages 24/7. The system can answer customer calls, handle approved questions, collect lead information, manage appointment requests, connect with calendars/CRMs, and follow up with customers through WhatsApp. The initial target markets are: Dental clinics Medical/healthcare clinics Private practices Restaurants Other businesses that depend heavily on incoming calls, WhatsApp messages and appointments We are initially targeting Morocco, with the possibility of expanding internationally. What I am looking for I am not looking for someone who only creates posts, runs generic ads, or gives me a list of leads. I am looking for an experienced B2B lead-generation specialist, sales agency, appointment setter, or marketing team that can help me acquire real businesses that have a genuine need for this solution. Your job would be to: Identify businesses that are strong potential customers Find the actual decision-maker (owner, founder, director, manager, doctor, etc.) Build qualified prospect lists Contact prospects through appropriate channels Start conversations Qualify their interest Book meetings/demos with interested decision-makers Ideally help move qualified prospects toward becoming paying customers I will handle the product demonstration, sales conversations and closing, unless we later agree that you should also participate in closing. The most important requirement I care about customers, not vanity metrics. I don't need: No 10,000 random leads No Fake/low-quality contacts No Generic email lists NO Social-media followers No Reports showing impressions and clicks with no customers I need: Qualified businesses → conversations with decision-makers → meetings → paying customers. A smaller number of highly qualified prospects is much more valuable to me than thousands of irrelevant leads. Ideal prospects The best prospects are businesses where missed calls or unanswered WhatsApp messages can realistically mean lost customers or lost revenue. For example: Dental/medical clinics Receive many appointment inquiries Have busy receptionists Receive calls outside working hours Receive WhatsApp inquiries Have multiple doctors/services Advertise their services online Restaurants Receive reservation calls Receive WhatsApp inquiries Have busy periods Frequently miss calls while serving customers Depend on reservations and customer inquiries Apartment/villa rental businesses Car rental companies Mechanics & auto repair shops Hotels & guesthouses Beauty salons, barbers & spas Real-estate agencies Home-service businesses Your job is to identify businesses with these characteristics rather than simply targeting every business in a category.
/ Partnership I am open to a performance-based arrangement. I am particularly interested in working with someone who is confident enough in their ability to generate customers that they are willing to have a significant part of their compensation tied to results. For qualified customers that you successfully bring to the business, I am willing to discuss a commission/revenue-share arrangement, potentially up to 20% of the revenue generated from customers you acquire, depending on the exact role and agreement. We can also discuss a hybrid model involving a smaller fixed fee + performance commission if that makes more sense. The exact commission structure will be agreed upon before starting. I am not promising guaranteed income or a guaranteed number of customers. I want a genuine performance-based relationship where both sides benefit when customers are acquired. What I expect from you Please don't apply with a generic message saying: "We are a digital marketing agency and can generate thousands of leads." I want you to explain exactly how you would get customers for this particular product. In your proposal, please answer: 1. Have you previously generated B2B customers for SaaS, AI, automation, software, telecom, or similar services? 2. Which market would you target first: dental/medical clinics, restaurants, or another niche? Why? 3. How would you find the decision-makers? 4. Which channels would you use? For example: Cold calling Email WhatsApp LinkedIn Paid advertising Google Maps/business databases Other methods 5. How many qualified prospects could you realistically reach per week? 6. What would your expected process be from prospect → meeting → customer? 7. What results have you achieved for previous clients? Please provide real examples if possible. 8. What compensation model would you propose? Long-term opportunity This is not intended to be a one-month marketing experiment. My goal is to build a long-term business where we continuously acquire new clinics, restaurants and other businesses and deploy the AI receptionist for them. If you can consistently bring qualified customers, there is an opportunity for an ongoing partnership and recurring commissions rather than simply completing one Freelancer project.
