I run a saree business, and I will be shooting and providing the raw footage (mostly talking-head videos explaining saree collections, weaves, and details). Because the majority of our content relies heavily on dialogue and storytelling in Tamil, smooth communication and a strong grasp of the language are essential for getting the pacing, cuts, and text overlays right. What we are looking for: Fluent in Tamil (essential for understanding dialogues, pacing, and accurate subtitle alignment). Experience in editing engaging, high-retention Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts. Ability to add clean, professional subtitles, engaging hooks, sound effects, and subtle color grading. Reliable, open to feedback, and able to turn around edits within 24 to 48 hours. Comfortable working within a small/modest budget on a regular, recurring basis (several reels per week).
