I own an illustration library: an Adobe Illustrator file containing a cohesive set of classic-style watercolour artwork, honey pots, bees, butterflies, willow and blossom trees, storybook borders, ribbon and floral elements, plus a matching colour palette. I'm looking for a designer to turn that library into a catalogue of Canva templates sold as instant-download digital products on Etsy. There are easily 50+ products in this artwork. Probably far more, if you have the imagination for it. This is not a "make what I tell you" job. I have the assets and the shop. What I need is someone who looks at a set of illustrations and sees the products in them and then builds them properly, to a repeatable standard, without me project-managing every step. The product range Three categories, all drawing on the same artwork: Baby shower — invitations, welcome signs, save-the-date, food and drink labels, banners and bunting, table and seating signs, thank-you cards, favour tags, advice cards, prediction cards, wishes-for-baby cards, party games etc First birthday / children's birthday — invitations, milestone boards, cake toppers, banners, table numbers, favour tags etc Nursery and keepsake — nursery wall art, growth charts, monthly milestone cards, birth announcements, name signs etc What each finished product must include Every product is a complete package, not just a template: The Canva template — correctly built as an editable template link, set up at the right dimensions for the item so the customer's own export prints properly. Text: editable, Graphics: locked, Fonts: embedded or free-tier, layers named, no stray elements, no broken groups. A full Etsy listing image set — 10 images at 2000x2000: hero mockup, styled lifestyle mockups, a "what's included" graphic, a "how to edit" graphic, and a size chart. Consistent across the catalogue. The customer download PDF, built from my existing master template. I already have a designed "how to use your digital download" instruction template that goes out with every product. You don't design this — you populate my template and export it as a PDF for the download bundle. It must match my master exactly: same layout, same fonts, same colours, same tone. Do not restyle it. Organised delivery — one clearly named folder per product, consistent file naming, and every Canva template link logged in a shared tracking sheet. Non-negotiables No brand names, wordmarks, logos, or trademarked phrases anywhere — not in the designs, the file names, the mockups, or the listing text. Generic descriptive naming only. If you're unsure whether something crosses that line, ask before you build it. Templates must be genuinely editable by a non-designer customer. If a buyer can accidentally break it, it isn't finished. Visual consistency across the whole catalogue matters more than any single design being clever.

HOW TO APPLY

I'm going to ignore any bid that doesn't do all five of these. Copy-paste proposals will not be read. 1. Start your bid with the word HONEYCOMB. It tells me you read this far. 2. Give me 10 product ideas. I've attached a small sample of watermarked graphics from the library. Looking only at those, list 10 distinct products you'd build from them. One line each — the product and who buys it. I'm not looking for a design; I'm looking at how your mind works. Anyone can list invitations and thank-you cards. Show me the five nobody else will think of. 3. Show me Canva templates you've actually built. Links to real editable Canva templates, and your Etsy shop if you have one. I want to see the template mechanics, not a Behance portfolio of static images. 4. Three questions and three decisions. List three things you'd ask me before starting, and three things you'd decide on your own without asking. This tells me how you'd actually be to work with. 5. How would you produce 50 of these? Briefly: what order would you work in, what would you set up once and reuse, how would you keep 50 templates visually consistent, and what naming system would you use. I want to know whether you think in systems or one job at a time. BUDGET AND SCHEDULE Don't just enter a number. In your bid, tell me: Your rate per complete product (Canva template + 10 listing images + populated download PDF + organised delivery) Your total for the first 10 products How long the first 10 would realistically take you, and how many you could deliver per week ongoing I'd rather see an honest schedule than an optimistic one. Your proposed timeline is part of how I'm assessing you. HOW THIS WILL RUN Shortlisted bidders will be asked to complete one small paid sample product before I award the full job. Successful work leads to ongoing batches, this is a long-term arrangement for the right person, not a one-off gig. Full artwork files are released after award, under a written agreement that all resulting designs, templates and files are my property.
