I'm hosting a dinner and art event in February and need artists to quickly sketch guests portraits on plates as takeaway gifts. There will be 270 guests, we will get their image as they enter or beforehand...they will be at the event for 2 to 3 hours. The idea is to surprise them with the piece of art as a gift as they exit the event. I am assuming we will need several artist in order to get them done in time...but open to suggestions.
