SiPART DR24 Connection and Component Testing

I need a technician who already works comfortably with the Siemens SiPART DR24 controller to verify every field-to-board and board-to-board connection and every component on one unit that is giving intermittent faults. The focus is on connection and component testing rather than functional or algorithm checks; I want confirmation that every terminal, ribbon, plug and socket is carrying the right signal with no unexpected resistance, shorts or breaks, and that every component is functioning as it should. Please arrive with your own calibrated scopes, continuity meters, breakout adapters or any other diagnostic tools you normally rely on for this class of industrial controller. Once on site you will trace and test each connection, document the readings and flag anything outside spec. The specific problem detected must be clearly identified, documented, and repaired. The job is only complete when the controller problem is identified and the problem is fixed such that the machinery that relies on the controller can run properly. The work site is near North Bay, Ontario. Quick completion of the task is a priority.
