We are looking for professionals who can take the engagement from books verification to final statutory audit and corporate tax filing. Engagement Coverage Audit & Accounts Detailed review of Tally books and ledgers Trial Balance verification Bank reconciliation and transaction review Receivables, payables and balance-sheet scrutiny Accounting adjustments and year-end review Preparation/finalisation of financial statements Notes to Accounts and Auditor’s Report Tax & Regulatory GST reconciliation with books TDS reconciliation Tax computation Tax audit and Form 3CD ITR-6 preparation and e-filing Income-tax acknowledgement MCA/ROC compliance review Identification of accounting and statutory compliance gaps Ideal Professional We are particularly interested in professionals who have: CA / CA Firm CS / CS Firm CA-CS Professional Team with demonstrated experience in: Corporate statutory audits Income-tax and tax audits Form 3CD Corporate ITR-6 filing Tally-based accounting review GST & TDS reconciliation MCA/ROC compliance Why This Engagement?
