ITPMTRAINING.COM – WordPress Site Scope of Work 1. Website Cleanup & Structure Simplification ● Review current theme structure and existing pages ● Hide all non-essential pages while keeping them intact in the backend (no deletion) – Collaboration required with the requester ● Ensure only core pages remain publicly visible (Home, Consultancy, Courses, Events, About, Blog etc.) • Arrange courses as IT Courses & Project Management Courses & All Courses (3 sub-menus) • List at-least 5 x IT Courses with contents and 5 x PM Courses • For Events, list Free Webinar on PMP (Register For Free Now) & • Free webinar on selected IT course/s (Register For Free Now) ● Maintain a clean, scalable structure for future expansion 2. Navigation & Menu Rebuild ● Redesign and reorganize Main Navigation Menu ● Clean, restructure and update Footer Menu ● Propose an optimized layout for better user experience and approval ● Fix any broken internal links after restructuring • Rename where ever MaxCoach is present to ITPM Training where applicable after restructuring • Redirect any links pointing to Maxcoach site to proper ITPMTraining page after restructuring 3. Consultancy Services Integration ● Edit existing courses to reflect IT and Project Management courses with their contents ● Point all links to their appropriate pages or menu ● Integrate services into the main navigation ● Ensure content structure is professional and conversion-focused 4. Payment/Checkout - eCommerce • Fix payment checkout sequence for all courses and where required • Payments can be made in US$, GBP, Euro, AU$, CDN$ and PKR but final payment would be in CDN $, user should be able to select their desired currency at the top right beside Cart • Adjust, fix, any existing or new issues related to Add to cart (show cart icon on top right of the pages), checkout and final payments to bank account. • Automate send email notifications to the existing registered users on weekly basis 5. Quality Assurance & Testing ● Test all pages, menus, and internal links ● Ensure responsive design across devices (Laptops/desktops and mobile phone) ● Verify Add to cart, checkout and payment processing ● Validate clean user navigation flow 6. Final Review & Handover ● Final walkthrough of updates ● Minor revisions if required ● Ensure site is stable and ready for ongoing use Workflow & Environment For security and stability reasons, all work will be carried out in a controlled development/staging environment. Once everything is fully tested and approved, the final version will be deployed to your live server. All credentials and data will be handled securely and used strictly for project execution.
