Project Title: Development of Short News Mobile App (Inshorts / Way2News Clone) with Multi-Role Admin & Reporter Panel (Flutter + Laravel) Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced mobile app and backend developer (or agency) to build a fast, lightweight Short News Mobile Application inspired by Inshorts / Way2News, along with a robust Laravel Admin & Reporter Management Panel. The core experience revolves around reading news in 60–80 words via vertical card swiping, complete with regional language support (Telugu, English, etc.), live polls, reporter submissions with editorial approval, and monetization controls. Key Requirements & Features: 1. Mobile App (Flutter - Android & iOS): Vertical Swipe UI: Inshorts-style full-screen card layout with high-speed smooth swiping. Content Structure: Headline, 60–80 word summary, cover image/video, category tag, and source link ("Read More" via In-App Webview). Multi-Language Support: Seamless support for regional fonts (specifically Telugu Unicode fonts without rendering issues) and language switcher. Audio News (Text-to-Speech): Integrated TTS button to listen to short summaries. Interactive Modules: Live Opinion Polls with real-time percentage results. Like, Bookmark, and 1-Click WhatsApp Card Share (generating an image card with app branding & link). Notifications: Push notifications with deep-linking (OneSignal or Firebase Cloud Messaging) for breaking news. Offline Caching: Fast loading using local SQLite/Hive cache for previously loaded stories. 2. Backend & Web Admin Panel (Laravel + MySQL REST API): Multi-Role User System: Super Admin: Complete control over categories, users, ads, push alerts, and settings. Reporters / Stringers: Dedicated login dashboard to submit regional news, upload media, and specify location/mandal/district. Editorial Review Workflow: News submitted by reporters must land in a "Pending Approval" queue. Only after admin/editor verification does the post go live on the app. Ad Management (Monetization): Google AdMob & Meta Audience Network integration. Custom Banner / Full-screen Ad module to upload local business sponsors directly from the admin dashboard with frequency capping. WordPress Integration (Optional / Preferred): REST API sync capability to automatically pull published posts from an existing WordPress portal into the short news card feed. Tech Stack Preference: Mobile Frontend: Flutter (Dart) — clean, modular architecture (Bloc or Provider). Backend: Laravel (PHP 8.x) with secure REST APIs & MySQL database. Push Notifications: Firebase / OneSignal. Deliverables Expected: Complete, well-documented source code for both Flutter app and Laravel admin panel. Full deployment on our cloud VPS / cPanel server. Generation of production-ready Android APK & AAB (Google Play ready). Step-by-step setup documentation and brief post-delivery bug-fixing support (30 days).
