JOB TITLE Professional Logo Vectorisation, Refinement & Complete Multi-Use Logo Package JOB DESCRIPTION I am looking for an experienced professional logo and brand designer to take an existing, already-approved logo concept and convert it into a complete, production-ready professional logo system. This is NOT a new logo design project. The main design and visual identity have already been decided. I need a specialist who can accurately recreate/vectorise the supplied artwork, clean and polish the geometry, improve technical precision, and prepare professional versions for different applications without unnecessarily changing the original design. The completed logo must work consistently across: • Websites and desktop • Mobile apps and mobile headers • Tablets • Social media • App icons • Favicons and very small icons • Business cards and stationery • Professional printing • Clothing • T-shirts and polo shirts • Shirts and suits • Hats and caps • Uniforms • Embroidery • Fabric and clothing labels • Product packaging • Perfume/cosmetic bottles and packaging • Cups and other merchandise • Watches and small products • Stamps • Embosser seals • Embossing and debossing • Gold/metallic foil stamping • Laser and metal engraving • Vehicles • Shop and building signage • Large displays and screens • Other branded physical products TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The designer should have professional experience with: • Genuine vector logo construction • Adobe Illustrator/vector artwork • Bézier curve and path cleanup • Clean anchor-point construction • Logo geometry refinement • Typography and wordmark refinement • Optical alignment and spacing • Negative-space management • Minimum-size optimisation • RGB colour preparation • CMYK print preparation • Pantone/spot-colour recommendations • Metallic and flat-colour versions • Monochrome versions • Reversed logo versions • Embroidery-friendly artwork • Stamp-friendly artwork • Embossing/debossing preparation • Foil-stamping preparation • Engraving preparation • Small digital icon optimisation • Large-format reproduction REQUIRED LOGO VERSIONS I expect the final package to include appropriate versions such as: • Premium/master logo • Flat-colour logo • Two-colour logo • Single-colour/monochrome logo • Black version • White/reversed version • Small-size logo • Icon version • Micro/icon version • Website version • Mobile version • App icon version • Favicon version • Print version • Embroidery version • Stamp version • Emboss/deboss version • Foil-stamping version • Engraving/manufacturing version REQUIRED FILE FORMATS The final delivery should include genuine editable/vector source files and appropriate exports, including: • AI • SVG • EPS • Vector PDF • Transparent PNG • Background PNG where appropriate • WebP • JPG • ICO/favicon files The AI, SVG, EPS and vector PDF files must contain genuine vector artwork. I do NOT want a raster image simply embedded inside a vector file. The objective is professional vectorisation, refinement, polishing, optimisation and production preparation — NOT unnecessary creative redesign. Specialised versions may be simplified where technically necessary for very small icons, embroidery, stamps, engraving or embossing, but they must maintain the identity of the approved master logo.
