Precise Printed Document Re-typing

I have a collection of printed documents that I need converted into an editable Microsoft Word file. Every word must be transcribed exactly as it appears, and the original layout has to be preserved. Several sections rely on bullet-point formatting, so those bullets must be recreated faithfully rather than replaced with plain paragraphs or other styles. The scope is straightforward: reproduce the text, retain the bullet structure where it exists, and leave everything else as standard body text. No tables or complex headings are involved beyond those bullets. Accuracy and clean, consistent formatting are the priorities; I should be able to open the final .docx and see a document that matches the printed original line for line. Deliverable • One Word document (.docx) mirroring the printed source, including all bullet points intact and correctly indented.
