Corporate Diwali Theme Decor

Our company is planning a Diwali celebration and the space needs to be transformed around a strong, immersive theme rather than a purely traditional or modern look. I’m after a decorator who can propose a unified concept, design every visual element, source or fabricate the décor, and handle on-site installation and teardown at our office venue. Scope • Develop one cohesive, theme-based concept that captures the festive spirit while remaining corporate-friendly. • Produce mood boards, colour palettes, prop sketches and a layout plan for approval. • Manage procurement or rental of all materials, lighting, rangoli, stage backdrops, branded photo-ops, table accents and entrance décor. • Oversee installation a day before the event and coordinate dismantling afterward without disrupting office operations. Timing There’s no fixed deadline yet; I’m happy to lock in dates that align with your production schedule as long as everything is ready for the event week.
