OPC Annual Compliance FY 2025-26

I am looking for a seasoned compliance professional to take full charge of my One Person Company’s statutory work for the financial year April 2025 – March 2026. The company is a start-up, so I need someone who has already navigated early-stage structures and the practical hiccups that come with them—especially stubborn DSC errors and MCA portal submission glitches. FY 23-24 and 24-25 is already completed. Incorporation Aug 2023. GST filling Quarterly managed by us. The assignment covers every compulsory filing and connected form during the year: • MGT-7 – preparation and e-filing of the Annual Return • AOC-4 – drafting, tagging and e-filing of Financial Statements with all notes • ITR – computation and online filing of the Company Income-Tax Return • DIR-3 KYC – timely director verification • ADT-1 – confirmation (or fresh appointment) of the auditor - Last Year CA Appointed for only one year . • Any additional OPC-specific form that may become due, with proactive advice on the same You will gather the raw data and statements I already have, draft each form in the prescribed format, handle DSC-based uploading on the MCA site, and keep me updated on submission status until I receive all acknowledgements.
