I have a live online form that continually gathers responses, and I need those entries transferred into a Microsoft Word document laid out as clear, well-formatted tables. The raw data are already structured in the form fields, so the main effort is pulling each submission, organising it in Word, and keeping everything tidy and consistent. While I have a rough vision for how the final document should look, I would like your creative input on the exact table style, headings, spacing, and any small touches that improve readability. Once we agree on a clean template, you’ll populate it with the existing responses and show me an easy method I can use (or that you can automate) for future updates.
