Responsabilidades e atribuições

What you will do

• Support the organization of governance meetings and forums (invitations, agendas, and supporting materials)
• Prepare minutes (MoM) for important meetings and track follow-ups on decisions and outstanding items
• Update project and portfolio status, supporting the collection and organization of information
• Create simple materials and presentations (decks) for meetings and alignment sessions
• Update dashboards, metrics, and OKRs based on information received from teams
• Track action plans, recording deadlines, owners, and status
• Support communication between teams, ensuring information and alignments are documented
• Organize and maintain PMO documents, folders, and materials
• Support operational cadence management by maintaining calendars and governance rituals.

Requisitos e qualificações

We are looking for people with:Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields (in progress or completed);Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power

• Point, Word, and Outlook)
• Familiarity with organizing information in spreadsheets and documents
• Ability to write clearly and document meeting information
• Organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn on a day-to-day basis
• Good communication skills to interact with people across the company
• Basic English (desirable).
