Complete Interior Design Required for Existing Family Home Renovation We are renovating our existing ground-floor family home in Budhana, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh (PIN 251309) and are looking for an experienced Interior Designer or Architect to design the complete house. This is a real Indian family home, not a luxury villa or apartment. We want a practical, modern, elegant and family-friendly design that can actually be executed by local contractors. The scope includes the drawing room, bedrooms, kitchen, wardrobes (almirahs), TV units, false ceilings, lighting, wall colors, storage planning and overall interior theme. Existing structural elements such as the staircase, doors, windows and some flooring will remain, so the design should be created around the existing house layout rather than treating it as a new construction project. What We Need: • Complete furniture layout planning • Drawing room design with TV panel and sofa arrangement • Bedroom design including wardrobes, TV units, bed placement and storage solutions • Modular kitchen design • False ceiling design for all major areas • Lighting plan and fixture recommendations • Paint colors and wall finish suggestions • Material recommendations for laminates, veneers, marble, quartz, etc. • Practical storage ideas and space optimization • Detailed dimensions and buildable designs Deliverables Expected: • 2D layouts with dimensions • 3D realistic renders for major rooms • Wardrobe and TV unit designs with measurements • Ceiling and lighting layouts • Material and color palette recommendations • Paint shade suggestions (with codes if possible) • Electrical and lighting recommendations • Approximate cost estimate / BOQ (preferred) • Execution-ready drawings that local carpenters and contractors can follow Site Visit Preference: Preference will be given to designers who can visit the property in Budhana, Muzaffarnagar (251309) for measurements, discussion and better planning. Remote designers are also welcome, but we would strongly prefer someone who can either visit the site personally or arrange a site survey if feasible. We can provide photos, videos, floor plans and measurements to support the design process.
