Android OLX-Style Marketplace App

I need a complete Android marketplace that lets people buy and sell items with the same flow and feature depth users expect from OLX. The project covers everything from the native app itself to the backend, hosting, and an admin panel that gives me full control over users, listings, and reported content. Core build • Android-only native application (Kotlin or Java in Android Studio) • Real-time GPS so users can browse ads near them, update their location on the move, and receive geo-based suggestions • Secure sign-up / sign-in, user roles, and an admin web panel to approve, suspend, or delete accounts and ads • Product listing screens with category management, advanced search, and multi-layer filters • In-app chat, push notifications, and email/SMS triggers for new messages, offers, and order status updates • Payment gateway fully supporting Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Wallets, and Bank Transfers, with PCI-compliant handling on the server side • Image upload, compression, and cloud storage to keep the app fast while maintaining quality • Hardened backend (Node.js, Laravel, or similar) with REST/GraphQL APIs, token-based auth, and role-based permissions • Scalable hosting (AWS, GCP, or comparable) with firewalls, SSL, and routine backups Acceptance criteria 1. Source code and build instructions compile without errors on a clean machine. 2. Admin panel actions immediately reflect in the mobile app. 3. End-to-end test: a user posts an item, another user finds it via GPS search, starts a chat, completes a purchase through any of the three payment methods, and both parties receive confirmations. 4. OWASP top-10 checks show no critical vulnerabilities. 5. Deployment scripts spin up the backend, database, and storage from scratch on the chosen host. I’ll provide UI references and brand assets once we start; I expect regular Git updates and a staging build every milestone so feedback stays quick and actionable.
