Full Ride-Hailing App Suite

I need a production-ready ride-hailing and bike-taxi platform built from the ground up, comprising: • Customer App (iOS & Android) – Core flow for booking and cancelling rides, including bike-taxi options – Secure payment gateway integration (cards, wallets, UPI) – Personal ride history with in-app ratings and feedback • Driver App (iOS & Android) – Self-service onboarding with document upload and real-time verification – Trip management dashboard, live navigation, and status updates – Earnings ledger with daily payouts, summaries, and withdrawal requests • Web-based Admin Panel – Live trip tracking on interactive maps – Driver and customer management tools – Fare, commission, promo-code, and surge controls – Analytics for rides, revenue, and service quality I’m open to your recommended tech stack—whether you prefer Flutter, React Native, or fully native apps—so long as the finished products are stable, well-documented, and scalable. Real-time functions should be handled through a robust backend (Firebase, AWS, or a Node/Express socket solution) with encrypted APIs. Acceptance criteria: 1. Clean, modular code pushed to a private Git repository. 2. Test builds for both platforms delivered through TestFlight and Google Play Console Internal Testing. 3. Admin panel deployed on my cloud account with environment files and setup scripts. 4. Final hand-off includes source, build instructions, and a brief walkthrough call.
