Vendor dashboards, product approvals, and payouts via Garnet. Public directory with category/network filters embedded on Simvoly hub. Group registration (paid vs $0 school districts). Unique affiliate links per group—groups get paid only when their link is used. Dual-record system: groups in Simvoly+BixGrow, businesses in Garnet+Storepoint. Seed Network 1 with 3–5 businesses and 1–2 groups, run test pass/fail. Handoff playbook and admin access. Hard rules: Link wins—no checkout dropdown. "Supports groups" is display only. No auto-sync.
