Identify Andhra Pradesh Temple

I am looking for someone who can help me identify the exact location of a temple shown in a photo. The temple name appears to be Sri Renuka Gangamma Devara Gudi. I believe it is somewhere in Andhra Pradesh, possibly around the Chilakaluripet / Guntur / Amaravati region. I can provide screenshots where the temple board is visible, although the village name is blurry. I only need: * Exact village/town name * Temple location * Google Maps location/link, if available Payment will be made inr only for successfully identifying the correct temple/location with reasonable proof. Also I need someone who is local so you know what I am looking for. I am able to check physically once provided then only the payment will be provided. Please mention how soon you can visit one or more of the three towns and your familiarity with Telugu.
