Social Media Video Creator and Growth Manager for Beauty, Bridal and Academy Brand

Project Description We are looking for an experienced freelancer to manage the video-content growth of J² Makeover & Academy across Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. The objective is to build J² as a recognizable beauty, bridal and professional-training brand with an audience across India and Indian audiences globally. The project should generate brand visibility, customer bookings, academy admissions and franchise enquiries while progressing eligible channels toward monetization.

Responsibilities

Audit existing social-media accounts Prepare a 90-day content strategy Create monthly content calendars Develop scripts, hooks and shot lists Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels Edit long-form YouTube videos Add subtitles, branding, safe music and thumbnails Publish and optimize content Improve reach, watch time, engagement and subscribers Track platform monetization eligibility Provide weekly updates and monthly analytics reports Preferred Monthly Scope: 20–30 short videos 15 - 20 long-form YouTube videos Scripts and recording guidance Thumbnails and captions Publishing and optimization Weekly status report Monthly strategy and performance review Mandatory Requirements: Relevant social-media growth experience Strong video-editing portfolio Beauty, bridal, salon, wellness or education experience preferred YouTube SEO and monetization knowledge Telugu, Hindi and English content capability preferred No fake followers, purchased views or copyrighted content Please provide relevant portfolio links, accounts managed, measurable results, proposed 90-day plan, monthly fee, recommended deliverables and clarification on whether filming is included.
