the

Role

We

are

looking

for

a

Tax

Specialist

to

lead

the

tax

PMO

across

the

portfolio

in

Brazil,

ensuring

compliance,

governance,

and

risk

mitigation.

The

role

acts

as

technical

partner

to

the

lead

partner

and

portfolio

company

leadership,

balancing

technical

depth,

business

acumen,

and

hands-on

execution.

What

You'll

Do

Develop

tax

planning

strategies,

including

corporate

restructurings

and

new

business

models.Prepare

technical

opinions

with

clear

scenarios,

impacts,

and

recommendations.Ensure

tax

compliance

and

risk

management,

defining

strategies

for

audits

and

proceedings.Implement

standardized

tax

reporting

for

portfolio

companies

and

the

fund.Structure

and

lead

the

tax

PMO

(cadence,

action

plans,

audits,

deadlines).Build

trusted

relationships

with

CEOs

and

CFOs,

navigating

difficult

conversations

with

diplomacy.Monitor

and

support

the

implementation

of

tax

legislation

changes,

including

the

Tax

Reform

(IBS,

CBS,

and

Selective

Tax).

Requisitos e qualificações

What

We're

Looking

For10+

years

of

experience

in

tax,

with

a

solid

track

record

in

complex

environments.Strong

background

at

a

Big

Four

firm

and

an

operating

company,

combining

advisory

and

business

perspectives.Proficiency

in

corporate

income

tax

(IRPJ),

social

contribution

on

net

income

(CSLL),

PIS/COFINS,

ICMS,

ISS,

tax

compliance,

and

accessory

obligations

(SPED

filings).Command

of

the

Tax

Reform

(IBS,

CBS,

and

Selective

Tax):

able

to

lead

impact

assessments,

review

processes,

define

transition

strategies,

identify

tax

opportunities,

and

support

decision-making

during

implementation

of

the

new

tax

model.Experience

with

tax

planning,

provisions

and

deferred

taxes,

and

consolidated

tax

reporting.Background

in

tax

PMOs

or

complex

projects,

with

contingency

management

and

frequent

interface

with

auditors

and

tax

advisors.Executive

influence

and

clear

communication

to

engage

CEOs

and

CFOs

without

formal

authority;

diplomacy,

autonomy,

and

resilience

in

uncertain

environments.Desirable

Experience

in

private

equity

or

portfolio

companies,

with

a

governance

and

value-creation

mindset.
