Recreate Logo in AI

I have an existing logo only in PNG format and I need it rebuilt as a clean, fully-editable vector. No alterations, colour tweaks, or layout changes are required—the new file must look identical to the original raster image, just infinitely scalable. The final artwork should be produced in Adobe Illustrator so I can open, edit, and export it whenever needed. If you normally supply additional vector versions (EPS, SVG, PDF), feel free to include them; however, the .ai file is the single must-have deliverable.
