Modern House Exterior 3D Design

I already have the full floor plan and an initial concept sketch; what I’m missing is a polished 3-D visualization of the exterior only. The look must stay unmistakably modern, with warm wood as the dominant material and a calm, neutral palette throughout. Feel free to weave in touches of glass or concrete if they support the overall composition, but wood should be the hero finish. I’ll provide the drawings and reference images the moment we start so you can model every wall height, roof pitch, and opening exactly as planned. Faithfulness to the dimensions is key; creative licence lives in the way you treat texture, lighting, and camera angles. Deliverables • High-resolution still renders from at least three viewpoints (front, rear, and one elevated) • The editable 3-D file in the software of your choice—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, etc. • (Optional but appreciated) a 15–30 second walkthrough animation I’ll sign off once the model matches the drawings, the wood cladding feels natural, and the neutral tone scheme reads consistently under daylight and dusk lighting.
