Realistic Pen and Ink Drawing

I'm seeking an artist to create a realistic drawing from a provided picture. The drawing should be done in pen and ink and include a simple background.

This is for my friends' wedding which is the last weekend of September, so I need it asap. I'll provide some pictures of them and I am available to talk about the project by phone, whatsapp or email.
