I have a collection of existing PDFs and spreadsheets that now need to live inside my database system. All the source files are already digital—no scanning or deciphering handwriting—so the job is straightforward data entry with an emphasis on accuracy and consistent formatting. You will log in to the database (web-based, credentials provided after award) and key in each record, matching field names exactly as they appear. I will supply a short style guide that explains the table structure, mandatory fields, and any allowed abbreviations. Deliverable • Every record from the supplied PDFs and spreadsheets entered and saved in the database, error-free and in the correct fields. Acceptance I will spot-check random entries against the originals; final payment releases once the sampled data shows 100 % accuracy and the record count matches the source files. If you are comfortable with repetitive typing work and have a good eye for detail, this should be a smooth task.
