Microsoft 365 Single Mailbox Migration

Project title: Microsoft 365 personal-to-business tenant migration (single mailbox) Bullet points: Move me off a personal Microsoft account (currently on my business email address, hotmail.co.uk) onto a proper Microsoft 365 Business tenant I already own the custom domain — need it added and verified in the new tenant, with MX/SPF/DKIM configured Create my new work account in the tenant (single user, no other staff to provision) Export and migrate mailbox, contacts, and calendar from the old personal account (light volume — a few weeks/months of email, not years) Manually transfer a small number of OneDrive files across Re-point live DNS at cutover once everything's verified working Keep the old personal account active/dormant as a fallback until I confirm the new setup is solid — do not delete it Provide brief written guidance on updating sign-in on my devices/apps after cutover I have a detailed step-by-step checklist already prepared and can share it with the successful bidder Skills/requirements to list: Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration, Exchange Online, DNS configuration, Microsoft tenant setup Suggested budget note: "Light-volume, single-mailbox job — expect a few hours' work, not a full company migration."
