Kidswear Export Expansion Agent in Barcelona

Looking for a Barcelona-based business development / sales agent to help expand our kidswear export business into Spain.

About us

Giggly Gems is a kidswear manufacturer and merchant exporter based in Amritsar, Punjab, India, producing children's apparel from newborn to 14 years (baby bibs, baby frocks/dresses, boys ethnic and party wear, girls co-ord sets). We offer private label, OEM, ODM, white label and CMT services, and hold certifications including OEKO-TEX, GOTS, EN 14682 and REACH compliance. We currently export to the UK, EU and Africa and want to build a strong presence in Spain, starting around our participation at the Barcelona Textile Expo (Fira de Barcelona, 21-23 October 2026). What we need help with: - Identify and connect us with distributors, wholesalers, importers, boutique owners and retailers of children's clothing in Barcelona and across Spain - Arrange introductory meetings/calls with qualified, relevant buyers - Research the Spanish kidswear retail landscape and recommend the best channels for market entry (boutique chains, department stores, online marketplaces, etc.) - Advise on local import regulations, compliance and market-entry requirements - Optionally represent us or assist us at trade shows/expos in the region Ideal candidate: - Based in or near Barcelona, Spain, with an existing network in fashion/apparel/retail trade - Prior experience in textile/apparel sourcing, distribution, or B2B sales - Fluent in Spanish and English - Strong communication and relationship-building skills Please share relevant experience, examples of similar work, and how you would approach building these connections.
