VPN Setup & Laptop Configuration

I am looking for a someone who supports my business in UK. I need an IT-savvy pair of hands to get our new team members connected and productive. The job centres on two tasks: performing the initial setup of our VPN and installing the required software stack on freshly issued company laptops. For the VPN, I already have the service details and credentials; what’s missing is a clean, documented deployment so employees can log in from day one without hiccups. Expect to configure the client, verify routing and DNS, and run a quick security check to be sure traffic is tunnelling correctly. Once the tunnel is solid, move on to the laptops. A standard image is in place, but the core applications (productivity suite, collaboration tools, endpoint protection and one custom line-of-business app) still need to be installed, activated and tested. Clear step-by-step notes are important so the process can be repeated internally. Deliverables • VPN client fully configured and tested on at least one machine • All required software installed, licensed and launched without errors • Brief hand-off document (or short screen-share recording) showing the exact steps taken and any commands used Remote access via Teams or AnyDesk is available, and I can coordinate user credentials and download links in advance to keep the session efficient.
