Title: Interior Designer Required for Complete Home Design, 3D Views and Execution Drawings We are looking for an experienced freelance interior designer for the complete design of our home. We need design and planning services only; we will hire and manage carpenters, electricians and other workers ourselves. The designer must provide enough technical and product information for our workers to execute the design accurately. Required scope of work: • Complete furniture layout and space planning with exact dimensions • Realistic 3D views of all selected rooms • Detailed designs for the TV panel, wardrobes, kitchen, storage units and other furniture • Dimensioned carpentry drawings, elevations and internal storage layouts • False-ceiling plan with exact levels and dimensions • Electrical and lighting plan showing the location of lights, switches and sockets • AC placement and required clearances • Wall colours, laminates, veneers, tiles, fabrics and other material selections • Complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with estimated costs • Exact brand, product name, shade/item code, dimensions, quantity and approximate price for each selected item • Purchase links or nearby supplier details wherever possible • Hardware specifications, including hinges, channels, handles and fittings • Alternative product options if a suggested item is unavailable or exceeds our budget • Editable/source files, final PDFs and high-resolution 3D images The material/product list should cover items such as: • Laminates, veneers, paint shades and wall panels • Plywood/MDF specifications • Lights, fans and electrical fittings • Tiles and flooring materials • Curtains, fabrics and wallpapers • Furniture, décor and accessories • Kitchen and wardrobe hardware • Sanitary fittings, if included in the project For every major item, the designer should mention: 1. Brand and product name 2. Exact model, shade or item code 3. Required size and quantity 4. Estimated unit and total cost 5. Purchase link or supplier reference 6. Economical alternative, wherever possible We have the floor plan, measurements and some reference ideas. The final design must be practical, budget-friendly and suitable for execution by locally hired workers. Please share: 1. Your residential interior-design portfolio 2.
