Remote-First Senior Recruiter: Global Hiring & Strategy

Coinbase is hiring a Principal Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruiting across Core, G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, IT and potentially product groups. You will partner with senior leaders to map talent, build pipelines, and drive improvements that scale the recruiting function. This is a remote-first role with quarterly in-person surges.
