Appointment Setter

Job description I run an online coaching business for natural bodybuilders and physique athletes. We run Meta ads into Instagram DMs, qualify the lead, book them onto a Calendly consultation call, and I close on the call. I need a full time setter to live in the DMs so no lead goes cold. Speed and follow up is the whole job.

What you will do

• Work inbound Instagram DM leads from our paid ads (UK and US ad sets), plus organic enquiries • Respond to every new lead fast. Target is under 10 minutes in coverage hours • Run our 6 question qualification sequence, one question at a time, human tone, no copy paste blasts • Never discuss pricing in the DMs. Your job is to get the qualified lead booked • Book qualified leads into Calendly and confirm the slot • Send a pre call reminder sequence so they show up: 24 hours before, 2 hours before, 10 minutes before • Work a structured follow up sequence on every unbooked lead across 7 to 10 days, then move them to weekly nurture • Rebook every no show within 24 hours • After my sales calls, chase any lead where cash was not collected on the call. Same day, day 2, day 4, day 7 • Update the lead tracker after every touch so pipeline status is always accurate • Send an end of day report every day End of day report must include • New leads in, by ad set • Leads contacted and average response time • Qualified conversations • Calls booked, with names and times • Shows, no shows, rebooks • Post call chases sent and where each unclosed lead sits • Leads at risk of going cold and what you are doing about it KPIs you will be measured on • 100% of new leads contacted the same day • Average first response under 10 minutes in coverage hours • Qualified conversation to booking rate of 35% or higher • Show rate of 70% or higher • Agreed number of booked calls per week • Zero leads sitting untouched for more than 48 hours Requirements • Proven appointment setting experience in fitness, health or coaching.
