求人について

I have a finished 3D mesh that now needs to become real. Your job is to bring it into Fusion 360, prep it for cutting on a 3-axis router, and hand back clean, ready-to-run G-code. Material & machine context The stock we work with is EVA foam, occasionally laminated to a thin composite backer. Everything will be cut on a standard 3-axis setup, so please keep the toolpaths strictly 2D/3-axis friendly—no simultaneous 5-axis moves. What I will supply • The mesh file (OBJ/STL). • Overall dimensions and any hold-down constraints. • Reference photos for colour-accurate rendering. What I need back • A fully parametric Fusion 360 file with bodies, setups, tools, and operations organised in the browser. • Verified G-code that respects my machine’s post (I’ll provide the post file). • One or two high-quality renders so I can show the client a visual before we cut. Key points • Optimise roughing and finishing passes for foam: shallow step-downs, high feed, minimal dwell. • Dog-bone or ramped entry where suitable to avoid foam tear-out. • Name and comment operations clearly; I want to see your logic at a glance. • No proprietary plugins—everything must be reproducible in vanilla Fusion 360. Once I confirm the toolpaths simulate without collision, I release final approval. If that sounds straightforward, let’s get the spindle turning.
