We want the supplied working prototype rebuilt as a secure Microsoft Power Platform solution using Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate. Please open DEVELOPER_REQUEST.md first, then review the full specification, migration data, proposed data structure and working prototype. Please provide an itemised quotation covering the Power App, Dataverse tables, permissions, data migration, PDF payment applications, testing, deployment, documentation and support.
