E-Learning Course Development

I'm seeking an experienced instructional designer to create an e-learning course aimed at instructional assistant staff training in public school settings. The course is 12 total modules with 1 module in progress. All content has already been developed as well as initial stylistic elements. Focus of the training is professional development and will be delivered in the form of engaging video modules. Key Requirements: - Design and develop comprehensive video modules - Content focused on technical skills. - Engaging and interactive learning experience - Experience with Storyline and incorporating interactive elements - Ability to expedite project completion Additional Details: - The transcript for each module runs approximately one hour, and we would need slide content (objects, buttons, visual timing to sync with audio) for each section. The audio for each slide will be provided. Ideal Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in instructional design for e-learning - Expertise in creating video-based training content - Strong understanding of adult learning principles - Ability to simplify complex technical skills into digestible modules - Proficient in e-learning development tools and software, particularly Storyline Please provide samples of previous work and a brief outline of your approach.
