UK-qualified SaaS/technology solicitor required to review ApexQC, a UK B2B compliance-readiness SaaS supporting ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, 13485, UK GDPR and UKCA/CE. We require a full legal review before commercial launch, including SaaS Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, UK GDPR/DPA (Art.28), cookies/PECR, subprocessors, international transfers (UK-US Data Bridge/IDTA/UK Addendum), AI provisions, IP/ISO copyright, liability, security, customer evidence/data, termination/retention and compliance/certification disclaimers. ApexQC uses AI for guidance but does not provide legal advice, certification or guaranteed compliance. The app is currently built/hosted through Floot (apexqc.floot.app), with apexqc.co.uk intended for production. Floot DPA, subprocessors, hosting locations and transfer arrangements are being obtained and must be reviewed. Seeking genuine UK SaaS/GDPR expertise, not generic templates.
