Aircraft Maintenance Stair Design RFP

I need a complete technical RFP for an adjustable maintenance stair that will service commercial aircraft. The unit must be designed around an aluminium structure, so every calculation, material note and finishing recommendation should assume that alloy. To keep this moving, I have only seven days from award to final draft. Within that window I expect a concise document that an MRO or fabrication partner could quote on immediately. CAD views, basic load analysis, adjustment range, wheel/locking mechanism details, hand-rail compliance points and an exploded bill of materials must all be included. The acceptance check is simple: if an independent fabricator can price the job from your pack without sending follow-up questions, we are done. I will be available throughout the week for clarifications and rapid feedback.
