Project Overview: We are looking for an elite Full-Stack / Mobile Developer to build AFRIMATI-COMMERCE, an innovative B2B transactional marketplace connecting agricultural producers and livestock farmers directly with bulk buyers, processors, and exporters. Our mission is to build a seamless human and economic synergy (osmose) that cuts out destructive middlemen and empowers rural producers. The Deliverable: • 2 Native Mobile Applications (Android & iOS) built with a unified framework (React Native or Flutter). • A robust backend API powered by NestJS (Node.js) with a PostgreSQL database. Key Functional Scope: • Wholesale B2B Only: Designed strictly for bulk quantities (metric tons, 100kg bags, livestock herds). No retail. • Secure Escrow System: Critical integration of the CinetPay payment gateway (Mobile Money & Credit Cards). • Native Multi-Currency Engine: Native handling of FCFA (Cameroon) and USD (international) at the database level. • Three-Tier Subscriptions: Dedicated subscription structures for Sellers, Buyers, and Transporters. • Advanced Modules: Indexed search engine, free open-source mapping (Leaflet/OSM), bilingual FR/EN support, product discount engine with "Hot " countdown timers, and multi-channel birthday notifications (Push, SMS, Email). • Comprehensive Admin Panel for user management, KYC reviews, and transaction oversight. Development Structure & Milestones: The project follows a strict 5-milestone structure outlined in our complete technical specifications, ensuring milestone-based funding tied to test-environment deliverables, backed by a mandatory 2-month post-launch warranty. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven expertise in React Native or Flutter, NestJS, and PostgreSQL. • Strong track record in secure payment gateway integrations (CinetPay or similar). • High attention to detail, clean documented code, and strict adherence to technical briefs.
