Speed & Crawl Technical SEO Fix

I have already run my site through Google PageSpeed Insights and the results make it clear: load times must come down and the pages need to be easier for bots to crawl. I’m looking for a technical SEO specialist who can dig into the code, server settings, and indexing signals to deliver measurable improvements. Your work will centre on two areas: • Website speed optimisation – minify assets, fine-tune caching, tackle render-blocking resources, and configure the server/CDN so that PageSpeed and Lighthouse scores rise appreciably on both mobile and desktop. • Crawlability – clean up robots.txt and the XML sitemap, fix internal linking or redirect issues, and make sure that Google Search Console reports a healthy crawl without errors. Acceptance criteria • PageSpeed Insights scores show at least a 20-point increase on mobile and desktop. • Core Web Vitals pass in Search Console. • No critical crawl errors remaining in the Index Coverage report. • A brief before/after report outlining changes applied. Feel free to use any additional diagnostics (GTmetrix, Screaming Frog, log-file analysis) you prefer; I simply started with Google PageSpeed Insights.
