Bird 3D Modeling and Animation

I have an existing 3D bird model that needs a professional pass before it can go into production. The main goal is straightforward: polish, optimise and, if possible, animate this bird so it is ready for use. Scope of work • Clean up the current geometry and improve the overall topology. • Add or refine UVs and textures so the feathers read well up close. • Tweak proportions or details where necessary to keep the model on-style. • If you are comfortable with rigging, create a lightweight bird rig that supports basic flight, idle and landing cycles, then deliver one short looping animation so I can preview the result inside my engine. Deliverables 1. Updated .blend, .fbx or .ma file with clean hierarchy. 2. 4K PBR texture set (Albedo, Normal, Roughness, Metallic). 3. Optional: rig controls + a 3-second flight loop in .fbx or .anim. I will provide the current source files the moment we start so you can assess the state of the mesh. Please include a link to one or two bird or creature pieces you have handled before so I can quickly gauge fit. Turn-around is flexible but I’d like to lock the final assets within a week of kicking off.
