I am a builder of over 45yrs and im preparing for a new-build, single-family residence that will be primarily in timber framing . The architectural layout is soon to be finalized; what I need now is certified engineer to certify the structural design and drawings that satisfy local building code requirements , the build is in coffs harbour Nsw Australia so only certified Australian engineers please Please include the following in the hand-off: • structural drawings ready for council • Connection details, schedules, and any special inspection notes required by code Once I receive the first draft, I will review it return any mark-ups for revision. Final approval will be contingent on the council's feedback, so timely responses to minor corrections may be needed.
