I will give you my original 4.6 m SolidWorks assembly together with a high-resolution STL scan of the modified 6 m hull. Your job is to rebuild the model so it reflects the real-world boat exactly: the stretched hull, every new or reshaped frame and bulkhead, reinforced transom, added stringers, stiffeners, riveted and bonded connections. All structural components must be modelled as separate aluminium parts with the correct dimensions, thicknesses, profiles and materials. Once the structure is complete, I need a verified Rhino version prepared for later Maxsurf/naval-engineering use. The conversion must preserve the exact hull geometry, component positions, dimensions and structural arrangement of the SolidWorks master model. The external hull envelope must be clean and watertight. Any geometry lost, shifted or altered during conversion must be corrected and checked against the SolidWorks master. I am looking for someone experienced with scan-to-CAD workflows, parametric modelling in SolidWorks, Rhino, and troubleshooting STEP/IGES/3DM exchanges. Deliverables • Pack-and-Go SolidWorks assembly and all part files • Verified Rhino (.3dm) version prepared for later Maxsurf use • Short verification report comparing the Rhino model against the SolidWorks master and STL scan Acceptance criteria • SolidWorks assembly opens without rebuild or missing-reference errors • Rhino model matches the SolidWorks master in critical dimensions and structural component positions • External hull envelope is watertight • No missing, shifted or corrupted geometry after conversion I will share the detailed scope, original SolidWorks files and STL scan once I confirm your experience fits the task.
