Bubble Fresh Platform Development and Workflow Improvements

Bubble Fresh is an existing laundry pickup and delivery platform with customer, administrator, driver, and laundry workflows. This project is for continued development and improvements to the current platform. The work includes updates to the registration and first-payment flow, customer communications, pickup rules, promotional codes, and commercial account features. The immediate priority is improving the registration process because incomplete registrations are affecting advertising conversions. Customers must complete the required registration, first pickup, and payment steps before accessing the Dashboard. The developer is already familiar with the platform and some related work is already in progress. The existing system, database, Stripe integration, dashboards, and mobile experience must be preserved. Detailed requirements and milestones will be provided directly. All changes must be tested, deployed to the agreed environment, documented, and delivered in the Bubble Fresh-owned repository.
