Structural Evaluation for Renovation

Replacing 3 patio support poles in a 4-unit condo, and we need an evaluation to get a permit. City of Pompano Beach requires "engineering evaluation demonstrating that the proposed column replacement meets or exceeds the structural capacity of the original approved design" Our renovation company' has already done a basic drawing (attached), and we do have original blueprints for the building from 1962. Ideal skills and experience: - Licensed structural engineer - Experience with residential buildings - Strong analytical and reporting skills Please provide relevant qualifications and experience in your bids.
