Fix DWG Coordinate Alignment

My DWG came to me in the wrong scales / units, so every time I use AutoCAD’s ID command the numbers make no sense. I need the whole file—every layer, every object—re-aligned to the proper Geographic Coordinate System. Your job is to: • identify why the current units don’t match the intended GCS, • rescale or transform the drawing so that coordinates shown in text labels are identical to those returned by the ID feature, • return a clean DWG (no proxy errors, no broken references) that opens ready for true-to-scale snapping and distance checks. Please keep a short note of the steps you took so I can replicate the workflow on future files.
